My experience was good here. The pizza I had was so good I came back the next day. I'd love to come back and try some other menu options but the The art lover pizza has me hooked.
The staff are prompt and polite and work fast.
My son really loved the pizza as well. I've never seen him gobble pizza down so fast while doing the happy dance. He's only 2, btw.
Since we live near, we'll definitely come back more often. -

It was my families first to this franchise, unfortunately it will likely be our last. The experience began with music so loud you can't hear people talk, including the employees asking you what you would like. Don't expect to get your questions answered about their menu.
We ordered 3 pizzas and knots. The food prep areas where filthy, and I am pretty sure the definition of cross contamination by health department standards. You just have to love it when an employee takes there food handling gloves and uses them to wipe down the counter and then make your food.
Five minutes and about $35 later we received our food minus the salad and knots we ordered. I went back to the counter to ask for the remaining food holding my receipt and couldn't get the time of day from the man shoveling pizzas on to the counter. There was no clear manager visible throughout the visit.
The dining room tables were covered in crumbs or food from previous diners, not to mention the drink station and lid area obviously had not been cleaned all day, if not longer.
If you're looking for overpriced pizza on tissue paper thin crust this is the place for you. -

Decent place to get a good BYO personal size pizza, although the service experience really depends on whose working that day. Since I always load up on tons of toppings(got to get your money's worth!) , a whole personal pizza is too much for me. So for those of you with smaller appetites like me, I've found a happy medium with the half pizza option with the choice of salad on the side. I also recommend drizzling some pesto on your finished pizza, the drizzles aren't extra and people tend to overlook them because the employees dont remind you. I meant what I said about the service, it's very much hit or miss depending on whose working. The turnover rate seems high so you'll sometimes get some newbies. Still waiting for them to add the cauliflower crust that I've seen at other locations!

I come here about once a week for lunch, and I've never had a bad experience. The pizza is always well made and the staff are generally pretty efficient with handling lines. They also offer some signature lemonades which are fantastic. The only complaint I have is the dining room is not always kept clean, and often during the busy hours, most of the tables will be dirty. Besides a few minor issues it's a great place for a quick meal.

Needed fast food on freezing Sunday night when flight was late and it was 10:00pm. Everything around was closed. Blaze was open, friendly and warm. Took a work friend from Switzerland. Greeted nicely and she explained how the system works to my friend. Not my first pizza rodeo.
Loaded it up with too much as always. If you put halved tomatoes on you need more bake time to roast them. This requires the pizza guy to pay attention. He did. Tomatoes roasted, crust crispy and not burnt.
It was a nice treat to find a hot meal and a good one. Friendly people for 13$ because I hit the tip jar.
Its not little Italy but its better than a gas station hot dog or microwave pizza.
